oh man, oh man.... unluckiness... i broke a thermometer ytdy, dropped my brass piece into hot water twice, left wif insufficient water when i repeated the 4th time and i banged my knee real bad. all in one hour of physics practical... then was suffering from post 2.4 aches, right calf keep cramping up, both hamstrings ached like shit, back damn pain blah blah blah.... and then christopher decided to rush the class guys up to class before physics lab... he tot we were late... ran as fast my painful legs could go... found out we werent late...

aiya enuff of that le. im contented wif my NAPFA test! haha it may seem im showing off, sorry bout that. but i made such an improvement that i cant stop toking bout it... LOL. from an A-B-C-C-C-C to an A-A-A-A-A-B. wads the B? the stupid sit and reach... can sit cannot reach....
managed to beat every std 3 guy in 2.4 wif 10 mins 44 secs, got 9.8 secs shuttle run, making me 2nd after kian kok the gay, the others are just do until A then stop! haha! eff my flexibility... could hav gotten full marks for NAPFA...

ytdy we made sum laws too, all starting from hosimin! haha!
